Online Counselling

Online Counselling for Men Across the UK

I offer online counselling for men who are looking for a confidential, consistent space to talk and think more clearly about what’s going on in their lives.

Working online means you can access support from wherever you are, without the need to travel.

For many men, it also makes it easier to take that first step.

Sessions are available during the daytime, which can suit those working from home, with flexible schedules or who are not available in the evenings.

What Brings Men to Online Counselling

Many of the men I work with are used to managing things on their own. On the surface, life may appear to be functioning; work, responsibilities, routines, but internally something doesn’t feel right.

You might be experiencing:

  • Ongoing stress or pressure
  • Difficulty switching off or relaxing
  • Irritability or frustration
  • Feeling stuck or uncertain about direction
  • Challenges in relationships
  • A sense of disconnection from yourself or others

You don’t need to have a clear explanation of the problem to begin. Often, counselling starts with simply recognising that something needs attention.

How Online Counselling Works

Online sessions take place via secure video call.

The focus is on providing a space where you can speak openly, at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. Together we begin to explore what’s going on, making sense of patterns, thoughts and feelings that may not have had space before.

Over time this can lead to:

  • Greater clarity about your situation
  • A better understanding of yourself
  • More choice in how you respond to challenges
  • A stronger sense of direction

Daytime Appointments

I offer sessions during the daytime, which many clients find easier to integrate into their week.

This can be particularly helpful if you:

  • Work remotely or have flexible hours
  • Have a busy or unpredictable schedule
  • Prefer not to use evenings

Is Online Counselling Right for You?

Online counselling can be just as effective as in-person work for many people. What matters most is having a space where you feel able to talk and be heard.

If you’re unsure, we can begin with a free  initial 20 minute conversation to see whether it feels like the right fit.
