As a fully trained and experienced counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Inspired by my own journey through mental health challenges after a demanding career in technology sales, I was motivated by the transformative impact therapy had on my life. 

This personal experience, coupled with professional training, has motivated me to fill the gap in mental health provision for men, addressing the often-overlooked stigma and need for supportive care.
